Javonte Middleton is a talent manager, strategic advisor, and community leader with a proven record of guiding athletes and creative professionals in building their brands, expanding their reach, and making meaningful community impact. Since 2020, he has advised NFL and collegiate football players in both career development and philanthropic initiatives—planning and coordinating major charitable events such as Christmas Shopping with the Champ for Warren Brinson (now with the Green Bay Packers), Brinson’s Winter Coat Giveaway, Deejay Dallas’s annual youth football camp (serving as host and overseeing day-of operations), and assisting with day-of operations for Nolan Smith Jr.’s community events.
Javonte’s leadership extends beyond event execution—he works closely with talent to align philanthropic projects with their personal brands, ensuring authenticity and long-term impact. His community involvement began as a collegiate athlete at The Citadel – The Military College of South Carolina, where he earned his degree in Sport Management while competing on a Division I football scholarship. He was a three-year letterman, team captain for the 2019–2020 season, and the first player in school history to wear the number “0,” symbolizing his role as the team military captain. While at The Citadel, he founded the Get Going Scholarship Initiative, awarding scholarships, care packages, and college starter kits to local high school graduates, and hosted “Pack the Truck” community drives.
A former college football coach with front-office experience for the Tampa Bay Rays, Javonte brings a rare combination of athletic, operational, and business insight to his work.
While management and brand strategy are his primary focus, Javonte is also a Certified Arbitrator with years of legal experience, having worked at a large corporate law firm and sports agency in Florida—practicing personal injury, business, nonprofit, corporate law, and sports representation—as well as at a boutique estate planning and probate firm in Georgia. He is skilled in contract review, negotiations, and securing favorable awards for his clients.
Javonte holds a certificate from Harvard Business School in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles and a certificate from Stellenbosch University in A Strategic Approach to Talent Management. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for J.C. Lewis Primary Health Care, and continues to mentor and advise athletes and creative professionals with a focus on leadership, community impact, and long-term success.
